Sponsorship Form

This form is for signing up to sponsor a child, teacher, missionary/ pastor or monthly partnership.

    Each child sponsorship is $10 per month. You can have multiple sponsorships. After completing this form, we will mail you a letter confirming your sponsorship. Also, you can visit our website at nationsarise.org/give to donate now. Go to the GIVE page of our website to learn the different ways that you can donate. Designate your offering as "sponsorship" for sponsorship giving. Designate your offering as "general" for general giving. Thank you!
